They are small thread like worms. Not much longer than an ant. Also have nats flying around the plant. Could these 2 be connected?
I have tiny white worms on one of my house plants. Any idea on what they could be?
They are a sign that the soil is too acidic. The worms themselves do no damage but the soil needs replacing or your plant may suffer.
The fact that you have gnats too leads me to think you may be overwatering.

Reply:usually bad drainage / high temp on otherwise (over)fertilized soil.
Use sterilized soil for pot plants and mix a small amount of river sand in it.
Usually if conditions improve this problem is not fatal although can be quite disturbing : these worms can grow big enough.
Reply:If you want to get rid of them try soap and water in a spray bottle, and spray it in the areas where the bugs are on the plant. This usually gets rid of them.
